860 NAS will not boot

I am in desperate need of some assistance. I have a Gateway 860NAS that will no longer boot or POST.
When power is applied, the front simply states "OS is loading..." at the console there is nothing, no BIOS, nada.
Immediate questions:
- Is there someway to troubleshoot this? replace memory or something?
- I am looking on ebay for a replacement Chassis... Will I be able to swap drives and gain access to my data?
- Is there any other way to gain access to the info on the drives?

I have taken the device apart and reseated all of the components (drives, memory, risers) and nothing.. no change.
Anyone have any recommendations for finding replacement parts?

Please help if you can.
